Cheltenham 2012!

In the spring of 2012, Hawk Green Band took part, as usual, in the North West Region annual contest in Blackpool. We competed in the 4th section.

Four bands qualified to represent the North West in Cheltenham at the National Finals and Hawk Green Band was proud to be one of them.

Playing off draw number 1, the band came 10th out of 23 bands. A little disappointing but still, being the 10th best fourth section band in Great Britain is no mean achievement and the band is promoted to the 3rd section in 2013.
